Terms
Last updated 6 October 2026.
These terms cover your use of Memospace. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Your account
You need an account to use Memospace. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content is yours
Everything you put into Memospace stays yours. We claim no ownership of your boards, tasks, documents or files.
You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, display it back to you, back it up, and pass the relevant parts to the providers listed in the Privacy page when you use a feature that requires them.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Fair use
Don't use Memospace to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else's rights;
- store or share malware, or material that sexualises children;
- harass people, or send unsolicited bulk messages;
- attack the service — scraping it, hammering it, probing it, or working around plan limits.
Plans, credits and payment
The free plan includes a set number of AI actions each month and caps how many boards and tasks you can keep. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe, and renews until you cancel.
AI actions are counted in credits. Unused monthly credits roll over for a limited period; credits you buy as a top-up do not expire with the monthly reset. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable on their own.
Cancel whenever you like — your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't pro-rate part months. If you think you've been billed in error, email us and we'll sort it out.
We may change prices, with notice before it affects a renewal.
What the assistant produces
The assistant is generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Check anything you intend to rely on — particularly anything legal, financial, medical or otherwise consequential. You remain responsible for what you do with its output.
Where the assistant acts on your workspace, those changes are recorded and attributed, so you can see what it did.
Availability
We work to keep Memospace running, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. There may be downtime, bugs and changes to features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be waived.
Ending it
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk — we'll explain why unless we're legally prevented from doing so, and we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your content where circumstances allow.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Memospace after that means you accept the new version. Questions: glenkutsovsky@gmail.com.
These terms are written in plain language and describe how the service actually operates. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not tailored to any particular jurisdiction's requirements.
